I have contacted Stuart Ryall in planning (?) dept at the Forum about the traffic flow at the Burcote Road building site. I first contacted him a month ago and as yet have not had an answer to the following question posed to him.
My question is why are the contractors not following the instruction on the roadside notice board to exit the site by turning left in to Highfields Road thus sharing out the heavy goods traffic noise, pollution, etc.
If an agreement was made that this was a condition of building consent then it should be enforced.
I would appreciate your intervention in either getting Mr Ryall to follow up my question or indeed perhaps you know who to address this matter to to get a resolution before the site is finished.
